I honestly can’t recommend these guys enough. We bought a Hyundai IX35 in August, it was competitively priced but they agreed that they’d put a fresh 12 MOT on the car with the price (it had 7 months left on current one). The MOT highlighted a few minor repairs that the garage got done quickly as the car was urgently needed as we were travelling 60+ miles a day to visit a close relative in intensive car. I got the car serviced at the local dealership a week or so after picking the car up and following a health check found out that there were other repairs needed. I got a quote from a trusted independent garage and R-Line paid the invoice for the repairs without argument. The car has been a dream to drive ever since and a perfect car for our little family. They are a honest 5* car dealer and I would buy another car from them without hesitation! Thank you!

Great with the sales part. Not so much the aftercare, I part exchanged my car with private plate on and was reassured the plate would be put on retention for me and they would take care of it, almost to the point of insisting to let them sort it. I've rang up several times since to sort it as no retention letter received and the car is now gone from their website so I can only assume they've sold it on and are avoiding the issue

Nice quick and easy process. I had a browse on the R-Line Motors website and asked for a personalised video to see the vehicle in more detail. The staff sent over a close up video within minutes and and went above and beyond my expectations to answer all the questions I had and to make sure the car was in perfect condition for me to collect. Will definitely be back in the future for an upgrade.

I part exchanged my car. Imran dropped off the car and it was filthy. I drove the car a couple of feet and heard a rattling sound coming from under the car. Imran came to pick it up and I told him about the drivers door not closing. He brought the car back and told me it was all sorted but the rattle was still there and the door was still opening. I asked for a refund and was shouted at and told I would not get a refund. I made a complaint to the ombudsman and they went in my favour. I got my refund. It took 6 months. I would not recommend this company. I am disabled with a disabled daughter and rely heavily on my car. I still don't have a car. I'm still looking.

car is as good as advertised and the 2 gentlemen who delivered behaved superbly as representatives of R-Line. Sadly, my failing memory to blame, forgot names or the spelling of them, they delivered to Halifax house today 20/07/23.

6 minutes ago NEW Travelled 1 hour after explaining over the telephone I have cancer and need a car to get me to hospital appointments.. I was advised as per the autotrader advert the car was mint condition. Upon arrival I was greeted to a vehicle that was filthy and had chunks of paint flaking off, they did say they would respray it but that's not the point.. be careful as I don't think they're selling cars as advertised. Thank you for wasting my time when. I'm already unwell - for being unhonest

Bought. Ford Galaxy from here. The staff were extremely helpful And on the ball. The car was Delivered to Morpeth Northumberland by two nice lads. All in all very satisfied with R Line.

Brilliant experience dealing with R Line Motors as soon as I stepped through the doors. The service was top notch and the staff were were friendly and helped me through the process. It was a pleasure doing business with these guys and I hope to do the same in the future.
