Made an enquiry about a Citroen DS5 over the phone as I’m from Birmingham and have two young babies both under 3 years old .This was by far the best means of communication .After a brief chat about how good the car was , I paid a deposit then arranged finance .Only to check that the car had advisories about break pads needed attention ,It took the finance company to resolve this .When the car arrived I was shocked to see the car had not been cleaned as described as it would be within COVID guidelines .Not given the chance to test drive or properly examine it but told I’d to pay the remaining £1100 deposit ,I had no problem doing this .Only then did I see some minor issues and things did not seem as described over the phone.Such as the parcel shelf is broken the passenger door lock does not function also the service light is on the general condition of the paint work is badly chipped along every door edge.My strong advice is visit the car and don’t be misled or rushed into paying up

Wasted a week of my time. The company was very helpful up until I had made my payment for the deposit and straight away they became more reluctant to answer any questions I had. I was looking at buying a Category S vehicle, so therefore I had a fair few questions about the vehicles history and safety. I wanted to make sure I was going to get a car which was now safe to drive and would be okay for what I needed. The day before I was due to collect the car, I received a phone call saying that I had caused them an inconvenience by calling so much and I had clogged up their phone lines and that my deposit would be sent back, and I could not have the car. This was clearly nonsense. The next day they back tracked and said I could have the car. I declined this as I did not want to do business with people who do not have the understanding of what its like to spend a decent amount of money on a car. I have since found a car that is better value for money, with a company who do understand this!

Absolutely loving my new car from R Line motors... service was spot on from start to finish, always there to help you out with anything you need... I felt they handled it very professionally and even went the extra mile to keep me happy. Definitely 5 star rating. Keep up the excellent work guys.

I purchased a Volvo v40 from this place. Drives perfectly. Good price got it at a bargain. Professional attitude and manner. Good customer service. Definitely highly recommended!!! Will be buying another car off him in the future!
