I purchased a Volvo car two months ago, which has developed faults.I have tried to make contact this week and was advised to send the information in a text message.I have sent several messages which have all been ignoredI want these faults rectified and for yourselves to take responsibility.I thought I would get a quicker response doing a review, seems though the messages have been ignored
