I bought a car with a sunroof, but I received the car without the shade rack cover. The dealer tries to convince us that it is not necessary and that there are many cars without it.We asked to return the car, but he refused and only offered to repair it, or we would resort to legal methods, which is what we will do. Unfortunately, we relied on the AA inspection.

Hi sorry to hear about your experience and I see you and your wife have both left us negative reviews. First I would like to state as you mentioned we offered to fix the roof shade, which your wife agreed for us to do, we explained this will be done on tuesday rather than monday as it is a bank holiday and the garages are all closed (27/5), your wife had agreed to all this and we also explained to your wife if we cannot repair the shade we will issue and immediate refund, we have all the evidence of this via text messages. So it was strange for us when your wife was demanding a full refund on monday after initially agreeing to these terms. Now if we were as bad as you had mentioned we wouldnt have offered to repair the shade, the fact of the matter is we did not advertise the vehicle with a roof shade, we did not misinform you nor did we missell you a product, also you had an independent AA inspection done which we happily welcomed and due to the appraisal done by AA I.e the vehicle was safe, roadworthy and as advertised, upon this inspection you agreed to proceed with the purchsse. So on this basis we rejected the demand for a refund but we explained we will repair the shade and if we cannot we will issue a full refund. We believe this was the fairest and the most just way to deal with this matter. We will still honour our agreement eventhough you have left us 2 negative reviews as we know car issues can be very stressful, so if you would like to contact us to resolve this you are more than welcome, thanks.

Really impressed so far with the team at R-Line Motors! All staff were lovely, friendly and informative. There's no hard sale here and it's all very laid back. You're able to browse the cars at your leisure. Plenty of cars to look at too!

Very bad experience , car arrived in poor aesthetic condition with issues from day 1. Within 30 days serious mechanical issues evolved , we have now spent over £3,000 to put the car in roadworthy condition, having to find alternative transport for two weeks. We asked to return the car, declined. The warranty purchased has been ineffective , seems to not be underwritten, leaving us fully exposed. RLine communication has been abysmal, refusing to give a name , warranty details, and details of any trade associations they belong to.

Hi thanks for your feedback, Firstly your son archie who also left us a review, never insisted on returning the car or unwiding the deal, he took the vehicle to a garage who he himself considered incompetent and not ideal for the repairs needed but never the less took it to them eventhough we insisted for us to do the repairs, which resulted in the vehicle over heating. The vehicle was not in anyway over heating when we delivered the vehicle, archie's concern was a leak due to a loose seal. This cost us in excess of £680 which we paid in full. Then the vehicle went in for repair work to a specialist garage and archie asked us to pay an additional £1000 for the mistakes the previous garage made, even though it was their fault and archie knew they're not experienced in the required field, we mutually agreed on each of us paying half towards the repairs, which we did and sent archie the £500, and the matter was put to rest. Soon after we have yourself archies father emailing us asking for additional money as it didn't cost £1000 and archie never agreed on anything, this is all false and we have our evidence with messages and recordings from ourselves and archie agreeing to this
